How is the end of primary drying detected in a continuous process?

In a continuous line (production scale) there a several vials in the drying chamber. These vials are all in a different drying state (ranging from just started with sublimation to almost finished desorption).

Hence, the water vapor composition in the drying chamber is constant. The drying phase endpoints are detected by the contactless temperature sensors (pyrometers).
